The Unbreakable Truths is a story of an interracial relationship and its stomach-churning twists and turns. Two high school students from different races and worlds fall madly in love with each other. Both lovers endure parental disapproval and try to salvage a seemingly difficult relationship. With an overload of emotions both lovers decide to go Vegas to get married but they encounter several life-changing issues in the process.This idea came to me during the summer. I incorporated this idea from a personal experience that I had but of course I added a dramatic spin to the timeless subject of racism in America. The Unbreakable Truths explores the question: Can the flames of racism ever be extinguished by the miracle workings of love?
